Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the Operations Maintenance Team in our Hazelwood facility. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, and install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and collaboration. Candidates should have 2+ years of MHE repair experience, CMMS proficiency, and strong Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of repair experience on material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years of preventive and predictive maintenance experience.
• 1+ years reading blueprints/electrical schematics.
• 1+ years with electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation; troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE.
• Create, assign, and close work orders; track labor and parts.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive relationships across the facility.
