Job summary

Mechatronics & Robotics Technician at C&W Services will support the Operations Maintenance Team, repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You may install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment across a warehouse environment.

The role requires 2+ years in MHE/conveyor repair, strong maintenance skills, and CMMS proficiency. Expect a safety‑driven, collaborative workplace with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ year reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ year knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project; document management.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation; troubleshoot MHE.
• Create, assign and close out work orders; track inventory and labor hours.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
