Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our Operations Maintenance Team across material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment while supporting base building systems.

Key duties include safe work practices, preventive maintenance, and accurate documentation. The technician will mentor peers, manage work orders, and coordinate with facility operations daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in repair of material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventive maintenance.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical principles.
• Experience with a CMMS.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance with documentation and troubleshoot MHE electrical/mechanical issues.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive working relationships across Operations.
