Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Sherman, TX, with a 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM core schedule and a base rate of $31.86/hour plus a $1.20/hour shift differential. Requires a minimum of 3 years in industrial maintenance and a high school diploma or equivalent, with residency in the Sherman area.

Qualifications

3+ years industrial maintenance experience.
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
No sponsorship for immigration; local Sherman, TX residents only.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Drive improvements in SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory).
Collaborate with team to resolve issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Assist teammates with technical issues and support continuous improvement.
Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and safely operated.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment; perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Operate lifts and other equipment as required.
Additional duties as assigned.
