Job summary

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is seeking a Maintenance Lead for the 2nd shift in Sherman, TX. The role leads a maintenance team, assigns work, and ensures safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory targets are met while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, PLC troubleshooting, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Resident of Sherman, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Direct assignments to ensure goals are met.
• Drive SQDCI improvements.
• Work with group leaders to resolve issues and follow up on actions.
• Provide technical assistance and training sessions.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment; perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
