Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; Sherman, TX area residency required.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory).
• Allocate maintenance associates based on needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with group leaders to resolve issues and follow up on actions.
• Provide trainings and support for on-the-job and refresher training; lead continuous improvement.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment; perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
