Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division currently seeks a Maintenance Tech for 2nd shift in Sherman, TX. Core hours are 2pm–10:30pm with a $31.86/hour base pay plus a $1.20/hour shift differential, general salary guidance based on skills and market conditions.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, preventive and predictive tasks, and troubleshooting to keep equipment running. Strong emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement; associate level with relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory (SQDCI).
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and follow-up on preventative actions.
• Assist teammates with technical issues and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain and safely operate equipment and tools.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant equipment.
