Job summary

JBS USA in Mason, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Tech for the 2nd shift. The position starts at $28-$40 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits and room for growth.

You will troubleshoot and repair production line equipment, read blueprints, work with electrical/electronic systems, and follow safety procedures. This role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience and the ability to work extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Industrial/commercial electrical background with high-speed production line experience.
• Strong maintenance knowledge across electrical, mechanical and control systems.
• Able to read blueprints and wiring diagrams and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production line equipment.
• Inspect and repair electromechanical/electrical equipment using meters and tools.
• Install electrical/electronic equipment and wiring per NEC standards.
• Maintain safety procedures and keep maintenance records.
• Read engineering drawings to install and calibrate equipment.
• Perform high voltage switching and operate generators as needed.
• Support plant maintenance programs.
