The role focuses on supporting test engineers with setup, operation, calibration, and maintenance of electrical test equipment used in manufacturing, while ensuring data is collected accurately and procedures are followed.

The position offers a $23.92/hour base rate plus a $1/hour shift differential, with eligibility for a variable incentive program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Technical Certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or testing environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and ISO 9001 is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of test equipment and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
• Support troubleshooting of test failures and yield issues.
• Collect and record test data accurately for analysis.
• Follow test procedures, safety protocols, and maintain logs.
