Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in El Paso, TX seeks a Manufacturing Technician. Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.; hourly rate $28.00 plus $1.00 shift differential.

Role supports manufacturing engineers with process development, documentation and continuous improvement. You will assist in setup, calibration, maintenance of equipment, analyze production data, train operators and contribute to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in engineering support or technical roles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Support process improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement new processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Train operators on proper equipment usage and process adherence.
