Shaw Industries Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Tech B for a 2nd shift. The technician will maintain and repair a wide range of industrial equipment, focusing on minimizing downtime and sustaining product quality.

The role involves mentoring entry-level technicians and collaborating with maintenance and operations teams. The candidate will use CMMS to document work, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using CMMS or basic computer systems to document work and manage parts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment.
• Maintain mechanical systems including bearings, shafts, pulleys, belts, chains, motors, and gearboxes.
• Service conveyance systems, piping, and utilities (steam, air, water).
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues impacting safety, quality, and production efficiency.
• Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, and component replacements as part of PM.
