AriensCo in Fayetteville, TN seeks a driven Team Leader for the 2nd shift maintenance team to keep operations at peak performance. You will lead hands‑on repair and preventive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include supervising the 2nd shift, coordinating daily activities, troubleshooting equipment, and documenting actions in the CMMS to drive downtime reduction and production support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various industrial equipment.
• Experience with CMMS for work orders, PMs, and documentation.
• Proficient with mechanical systems: hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors.
• Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting: motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, control circuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team during 2nd shift operations.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production needs.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with plant safety requirements.
• Document work orders, PMs, and corrective actions in the CMMS.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
• Support downtime reduction initiatives.
