AriensCo in Brillion, WI is seeking a driven Team Leader for our 2nd shift maintenance team at the Fayetteville, TN location to keep operations running at peak performance.

You’ll lead hands-on repair and preventive maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems, coordinate daily activities, and ensure safety and compliance while documenting work orders in the CMMS. This role requires at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience and PLC/electrical troubleshooting expertise.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of industrial equipment.
• Experience with CMMS for work orders, PMs, and documentation.
• Proficient in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, and conveyors.
• Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control circuits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support assigned maintenance team members during 2nd shift operations
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and priorities to support production needs
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with plant safety
• Document work orders, PMs, and corrective actions accurately in the CMMS
• Accurately carry out and assist in the development of preventative maintenance procedures
• Support and develop downtime reduction initiatives
