Job summary

Danfoss GmbH in Mountain Home, Arkansas, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to safely troubleshoot and repair equipment, support uptime, and implement upgrades for new installations. This role focuses on electrical and mechanical systems and requires hands-on problem solving.

You will collaborate with Engineering and EHS, follow safety procedures, and contribute to Capex projects while maintaining a strong commitment to reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with motor controls and drive systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
