Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a ~25‑person manufacturing team at the Knoxville plant. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity in a TPM‑based environment, coaching and developing staff while partnering cross‑functionally to cut costs and improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced setting with a focus on zero injuries and right‑first‑time execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience or experience in a similar production environment.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience supervising teams of 10 or more employees in a Lean manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~25 operations associates through hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, development, and recognition.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Promote a culture focused on zero injuries through safety observations, audits, and training.
• Ensure consistent product quality by leading right‑first‑time execution and root cause corrective actions.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Distribution to maximize equipment uptime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support a mini‑Business Unit structure and TPM environment.
• Facilitate operations meetings including production planning, TPM, and site leadership.
