Qualifications

• 3+ years of continuous improvement experience—TPM or Kaizen/ Lean Six Sigma.
• 2 years of maintenance in a lead or supervisory role in automated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 11 Mechanics to maximize productivity across 2 shifts.
• Train and coach maintenance personnel to develop skill set.
• Identify and share best practices throughout the maintenance department.
• Implement and evolve Preventative Maintenance program.
• Aid in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate equipment systems for continuous production improvements.
