The position is on the 2nd shift (1 PM–9:30 PM) with overtime as needed and requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience, including 3-phase (480V) circuit troubleshooting,

Qualifications

• 1 year maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1 year troubleshooting 3-phase (480V) circuits, motor starters and controls, and electronic circuit boards.
• Lift, push, and pull 50 pounds repeatedly, walking and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Observes equipment to ensure it operates to OEM standards and production goals.
• Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, electrical problems and repair through adjustments or parts replacement.
• Responds to maintenance calls promptly and assists others in troubleshooting.
• Performs routine PMs, repairs, rebuilds and modifications on all equipment assigned.
• Wire moderately complex control circuits and perform calibration as needed.
• Fabricate, repair, and install piping and hangers; weld metals as required.
