Job summary

Tyson Foods in Storm Lake, IA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Prepared Foods Division. You will lead maintenance technicians, direct PM programs, and ensure safe, compliant operations while partnering with the Maintenance Manager to uphold policies.

Requirements include an associate degree (preferred) and 3+ years in maintenance roles, with weekend availability and SAP/MS Office familiarity. The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and benefits on day one.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years as a Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Lead.
• Experience directing, evaluating and training maintenance technicians preferred.
• Communication: Proficient in verbal communication and written communication.
• Basic PLC experience; SAP/MS Office knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Work Orders; assign and track completion across shifts.
• Train Maintenance staff on PM program, Work Orders and SOPs.
• Communicate expectations on teamwork, attitude and performance.
• Maintain/update Lock Out Tag Out documentation.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, PSM programs and safety policies are followed.
