Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing technology and line operating experience.
• High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise production activities and staff to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Review production schedules and adjust staffing to balance workloads.
• Ensure product quality through operator training and proper inspection techniques.
• Suggest methods to improve quality, efficiency, and machine utilization.
• Coordinate with other functions to address manufacturing needs and issues.
• Enforce attendance, performance and safety policies; communicate regularly with employees.
