Job summary

Vibrant Ingredients is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team across multiple facilities, focusing on safe, reliable, and cost-effective upkeep of production equipment. You will drive PM programs, manage the CMMS, and collaborate with engineering and operations to improve uptime.

The role requires 5+ years in plant maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering background, and knowledge of GMP and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of equivalent maintenance experience in a related field.
• Experience in food manufacturing maintenance; familiarity with GMPs and clean design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, plan and assign work, and ensure performance accountability.
• Oversee CMMS, spare parts inventory, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance mechanics and contractors for process improvements and projects.
• Develop and apply tools to optimize preventative maintenance procedures.
