Job summary

Penske is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Oregon to schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate outside repairs, and manage the shop work plan. You will work directly with customers, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely, quality service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include daily workforce planning, updating customers on progress, and ensuring availability of parts. A background in service administration and minimal travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of service department administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize customer service and productivity.
• Communicate with customers for maintenance updates and billing concerns.
• Ensure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Ensure parts are available for scheduled work.
• Hold vendors accountable for quality and schedule adherence for outside work.
• Provide customer service ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan.
• Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary.
• Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
