Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is seeking a Production Worker for the Troy, IL location on 2nd shift (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.). Overtime may be required. The base hourly rate is $20.45 with a $0.50/hour shift differential.

Benefits start day one. Duties include packaging, assembly, label creation, and safe handling of parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be within 50 miles of Troy, IL; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging and assembly tasks according to production standards.
• Set up materials and components in alignment with shop order specifications.
• Stack, band, and secure parts for safe handling and transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with workstation setup.
• Create barcodes and accurately label finished products.
• Cut materials using a band saw while following all safety procedures.
• Handle materials efficiently to support smooth workflow and production needs.
