Job summary

Henkel is seeking aMaintenance Technician at our Greenville, SC site to perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including VFDs and HMIs, and conduct root cause analysis to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems including VFDs and HMIs.
• Proficient in root cause analysis, repairing bearings, motors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors and valves.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, pneumatic and automated systems.
• Respond to equipment failures, diagnose issues, replace defective components and verify performance after repairs.
• Execute scheduled maintenance, inspect equipment, lubricate machinery and maintain maintenance records.
• Adhere to LOTO procedures, PPE usage and OSHA compliance while reporting safety concerns.
