Accurate Personnel is hiring a Maintenance Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery in our Spartanburg, SC facility. The role emphasizes mechanical skills and hands-on work with industrial equipment, with a focus on safety and reliability.

The position is on 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) with competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or Journeyman preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and hands-on equipment experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and parts specifications.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production line machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems including hydraulics, pumps, bearings, gears, and power transmission.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and parts specifications.
• Safely operate forklifts and aerial lifts; perform preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
