Job summary

HTI is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for our client in Easley, SC. This role troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains industrial machinery to keep production running safely and efficiently, with the team relocating to a brand-new facility.

The 2nd shift runs 1:00 PM–9:00 PM. This full-time, direct-hire role offers competitive pay plus shift differential, comprehensive benefits (medical and dental), a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; equivalent combination of industrial experience and education.
• Technical school training or certifications in industrial math, industrial electrical, or instrumentation preferred.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment (roll forming mills, punch presses, coil handling, milling machines, wire EDM, ABB robot cells, press brakes).
• Complete preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to identify problems and execute repairs.
• Assist with machinery setup, calibration, and adjustments to meet production specs and safety standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and collaborate with production staff on issues.
