Job summary

HiFyve is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Press Technician for its Columbus, NE facility. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of production press equipment in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The position offers hands-on troubleshooting, setup support, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate has experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and familiarity with stamping presses.

Qualifications

Industrial press maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
Automotive stamping press experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial presses and related production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose press and equipment failures to identify the cause of production downtime.
Support press setup, equipment adjustments, and repairs to restore production quickly.
Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Follow safety, quality, and environmental requirements; comply with plant safety procedures including LOTO.
