Job summary

HiFyve is seeking a Maintenance Press Technician for our automotive industry client in Columbus, NE. This 1st shift role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting industrial press equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

The technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production presses, read schematics, and support press setup and repairs to minimize downtime. Automotive stamping press experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Industrial press maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings and schematics.
Experience supporting press setups and equipment adjustments.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial presses and related production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose press and equipment failures to identify the cause of downtime.
Support press setup, equipment adjustments, and repairs to restore production quickly.
Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Respond promptly to press breakdowns and maintenance requests.
Complete maintenance work orders accurately and on time.
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
