Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance and coordination with federal meat inspection and OSHA requirements.
• Interpret and enforce company policies across shifts.
• Assist in determining manpower needs and make recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports reflecting conditions.
• Solve problems effectively with sound follow-up.
• Collaborate with department heads to meet production quality yields and goals.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, sanitation, and security standards.
• Supervise production supervisors and oversee designated shift operations.
