Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in Stevensville, MD is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our distribution center operations. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment, follow PM standards, and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience and an Associate's Degree or technical certificate. Shift: 2B Tuesday–Friday 5:30pm–3:30am. Pay: $29.55/hr with a $1/hr shift differential; range up to $42.90/hr depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or technical certificate in mechanical/electrical field.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs and conveyors.
• Familiar with reading electrical/mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and LOTO procedures.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment and conveyors.
• Report parts usage and manage inventory to maintenance leads.
• Train junior technicians and assist external vendors on projects.
• Support DC operations and safety compliance on daily tasks.
