MSCCN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for our Elgen facility in Closter, NJ. The role is on the second shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, on-site.

Qualifications
- Proven maintenance mechanic experience in manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills relative to industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Safety Compliance: follow safety standards and keep workspace clean.
- Routine Maintenance: perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: diagnose and repair mechanical issues promptly.
- Equipment Installation: assist with installation of new equipment.
- Parts & Inventory Management: manage inventory of parts and tools.
- Documentation & Reporting: keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaboration: work with production/engineering to identify improvements.
- Emergency Support: respond to off-hours maintenance calls.
