McGard LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday – Friday) in New York. The role focuses on repairing machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting production with electrical and mechanical tasks.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related maintenance experience, plus strong mechanical aptitude and English communication skills. Overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–3 years of maintenance exposure.
• Good mechanical ability and English communication skills.
• Experience with basic electrical, mechanical, and preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsabilités

• Repairs machinery and performs preventative maintenance as directed.
• Operate, inspect, and test equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Assist with wiring, plumbing, and machinery repairs as needed.
• Maintain safety practices and complete required trainings.
