Qualifications

2-5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
Journeyman-level electrical experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and manufacturing equipment.
Experience troubleshooting 240V and 480V three-phase electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, DC drives, and eddy current drives.
Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and drawings.

Responsibilities

Identify electrical hazards, isolate, ground, and prepare circuits and equipment for repair.
Follow PPE and procedures to protect against arc flash and electrical shock.
Troubleshoot and maintain motor control centers, starters, and protective relays.
Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair electrical equipment from drawings and manuals.
Install conduit, pull wiring, and perform proper terminations.
Use testing equipment (multimeters, megohm meters, oscillosopes) for diagnostics.
Repair or replace faulty electrical equipment including drives and panels.
Document work in CMMS and communicate issues to the team.
Train line mechanics and apprentices as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment.
