Position Title: Maintenance Mechanic Associate - Liquids

Reporting into Title: Maintenance Manager

Position Purpose/Summary:

Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for maintaining and repairing Blending, Filling, and Packaging equipment, as well as other industrial machinery such as conveying systems and production machinery. They install, dismantle, repair, reassemble, and move machinery within the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair liquid filling equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on liquid fillers, pumps, conveyors, and coding equipment.
• Attend safety and leadership meetings.
• Promote safety and proper hazardous material handling.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Consistently meet or exceed service levels.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ensure safe use of materials and tools.
• Implement efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience with blending and filling machines, and other packaging equipment.
• Experience in equipment repair, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, machine shop skills, and specific machinery experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.

Physical and Miscellaneous:

Requires active movement, lifting over 50 pounds, and working in various physical positions. Travel is negligible; tools may be personal.
