Job summary

SugarCreek Packing Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to supervise Technicians and coordinate daily maintenance of production and facility equipment. You will develop work schedules and ensure proper staffing to meet plant maintenance needs.

You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance using CMMS, track inventory, and ensure safety standards are followed across the team. Prior experience in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience; vocational training preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in a maintenance role, preferably in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maintenance Technicians and provide direction on repairs to production equipment and building fixtures.
• Create work schedules and coordinate staffing to meet maintenance needs.
• Develop a total maintenance program using CMMS including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Work with planners to initiate and modify work orders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with parts and materials in inventory software.
