Bell Textron Inc. in Grand Prairie, Texas, seeks a Facilities Equipment & Maintenance Front Line Leader for the 2nd shift to supervise a team of maintenance technicians in an industrial setting.

You will coordinate with the planner, track work orders, manage budgets, and drive safety and reliability improvements while ensuring alignment with production schedules. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance.
• Experience as a maintenance supervisor in manufacturing.
• Proficient with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of union-covered maintenance technicians in daily operations.
• Collaborate with planner and scheduler to ensure timely maintenance.
• Monitor work orders, parts orders, and equipment performance data.
• Identify maintenance needs and help develop maintenance budgets.
• Mentor and train technicians; enforce OSHA safety policies.
• Inspect work in progress and upon completion for safety and quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement to boost reliability and efficiency.
