Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor on second shift at the Geneva, IL Dry Assembly Plant. You will plan, manage, and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production requirements, maintain staffing, and foster safe, clean work environment.

Shift hours 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include training personnel, coaching, requisitioning staff, coordinating with Production Control, improving processes, auditing Standard Work, and ensuring health and

• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Knowledge of safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Train production personnel to perform work assignments safely and efficiently.
• Maintain good employee relations through coaching and consistent application of employee relation policies.
• Requisition operating personnel to meet established goals.
• Coordinate work flow with Production Control department.
• Audit Standard Work Practices and review them with teams.
