Job summary

Pilgrim’s Broadway Plant is hiring for a 2ndShift Maintenance Lead. The role involves maintaining department efficiency, rapidly restoring breakdowns, and supporting daily operations.

The incumbent may cover supervisor duties in their absence and assist in training new team members. Requirements include a minimum of three years of mechanical experience, welding and plumbing knowledge, torch and plasma cutter operation, Loader operation, and a strong attendance/safety record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years mechanical background.
• Knowledge of welding and plumbing.
• Must be able to operate a cutting torch and plasma cutter.
• Able to operate loaders.
• Excellent attendance (4.0 pts or less), safety and work records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department runs at company set efficiency and restore breakdowns quickly and safely.
• Assist production in daily operations and proactively address needs.
• Assume supervisor responsibilities in their absence and train new hires.
