Job summary

Shape Products is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team on the second shift, M‑TH, to maintain and improve electrical systems and production machinery. You will help keep operations running safely and efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and support reliability improvements across the plant.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, knowledge of electrical controls, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and wiring.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions.
