Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a maintenance role, with leadership experience.
• Proven repair, pneumatics, schematics, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in maintenance.
• High school diploma; related degree or certifications are a plus.
