Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift at the Caseyville, Illinois plant. You will lead 15 maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, and drive uptime while enforcing GMP, SQF, and safety policies.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can diagnose issues and promote a culture of safety and reliability. Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent experience, plus 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must lead, direct, evaluate and train a staff of 15 maintenance technicians.
• Must reduce machine downtime and promote a Safety First culture.
• Knowledge of GMP and SQF policies and procedures.
