International Automotive Components (IAC) Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a diverse maintenance team and ensure reliability, safety, and performance of our operations. The role focuses on continuous improvement, data-driven maintenance, and coordinating skilled trades on shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Excel/Word.

Qualifications

2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
Excellent judgment, decision‑making, and communication skills.
Problem‑solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
Ability to multi‑task and manage competing demands under pressure.
Good computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Facility techs on shifts.
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.
Supervise maintenance personnel in completing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs safely and efficiently.
Manage fleet vehicles and long‑term car rentals as needed.
Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
Drive world‑class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
