Job summary

International Automotive Components is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Arlington, TX manufacturing operations. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems, troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and mentor junior technicians.

Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED and at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands‑on experience in injection

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems OR experience maintaining injection molding machines and associated equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs., stand/walk/bend for extended periods.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive working environment while meeting productivity goals.
• Maintain maintenance areas, tools, and equipment in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and injection molding equipment.
• Assist senior technicians with complex repairs following established procedures and safety requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
• Remain engaged on the production floor providing hands-on troubleshooting and equipment support.
• Communicate unresolved issues and equipment status during shift handoffs.
• Complete maintenance work orders, logs, and documentation accurately and timely.
• Utilize procedures for inventory control, spare parts management, and equipment maintenance records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.
