Job summary

IAC Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a diverse maintenance team and ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our operations.

You will plan and coordinate maintenance activities, supervise mechanics, MRO, and facility techs, and drive world-class preventive and predictive maintenance while ensuring LOTO safety and on-site contractor oversight.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of quality procedures and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills, including analytics and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Facility techs on shifts.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize uptime.
• Supervise maintenance personnel in repairs safely and efficiently.
• Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed.
• Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
• Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work orders.
• Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Ensure compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) safety.

The Day-to-Day:

• Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
• Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
• Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Ensure employee compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) for safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
