Job summary

IAC Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a diverse team of mechanics, MRO, and janitors. You will oversee daily maintenance operations and drive reliability across our facility.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word. You will ensure safe, efficient repairs and contribute to continuous improvement in an automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality procedures.
• Excellent judgment, decision-making and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with hydraulics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Janitors on shifts.
• Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals.
• Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
• Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
• Supervise maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Ensure LOT safety compliance.

The Day-to-Day

• Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Janitors on shifts.
• Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed.
• Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
• Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
• Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
• Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Ensure employee compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOT) for safety.

What We’re Looking For

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of quality procedures and a strong attention to detail.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
• Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands under pressure.
