International Automotive Components (IAC) Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a diverse maintenance team and ensure reliability, safety, and performance of our operations. The role focuses on continuous improvement, data-driven maintenance, and coordinating skilled trades on shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Excel/Word.

Qualificações

• 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
• Excellent judgment, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage competing demands under pressure.
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Facility techs on shifts.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.
• Supervise maintenance personnel in completing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs safely and efficiently.
• Manage fleet vehicles and long‑term car rentals as needed.
• Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
• Drive world‑class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.

The Day-to-Day:

• Ensure employee compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) for safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of quality procedures and a strong attention to detail.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
• Excellent judgment, decision‑making, and communication skills .
• Problem‑solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage competing demands under pressure.
