Qualifications

• Experience in heavy fabrication, fitting and welding preferred.
• U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Plans, directs and coordinates assigned shift activities across the plant.
• Resolves unusual or complex problems and informs supervisors of noteworthy facts.
• Schedules workload for shifts other than the one assigned.
• Moves between shifts or shops as required.
• Recommends improvements in shop procedures and processes and may suggest new equipment when needed.
• Resolves scheduling or personnel concerns to maximize efficiency across shop areas.
