Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift in our Mentor, OH fabrication facility. You will oversee welding operations, coordinate scheduling, and ensure weld procedures are strictly followed to maintain safety, quality, and production efficiency.

You will supervise welders, report to the Plant Manager, and collaborate with teams to keep production on track while upholding OSHA standards and quality control measures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in welding supervision.
• Knowledge of welding processes.
• Blueprint reading skills.
