• Supervise and mentor union hourly skilled trades in fitting, welding, assembly, and machining operations.
• Oversee welding and machining processes, including stress relief and handling procedures.
• Provide leadership during 3rd shift operations and coordinate production plans across shifts.
• Plan and direct activities to meet production goals across multiple buildings.
• Manage components and communicate specifications across production areas.
• Input and manage maintenance work orders, timekeeping, and schedules in computer systems.
• Analyze operations and recommend improvements to shop efficiency and costs.
