Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated machine operator to set up, operate, and troubleshoot a single type of machinery on the 2nd shift. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following work orders and ensuring accuracy of materials and dimensions.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least six months of experience; forklift training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum six months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts after training.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot one machine/equipment per shift.
• Follow manufacturing work orders and inspect materials.
• Assist with operation of other machinery under supervision.
• Assist with packing and labeling finished products.
• Perform quality checks on lengths, widths, and weights.
• Ensure safety procedures and lockout/tagout compliance.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Support continuous production to meet goals.
