Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a manufacturing associate to set up, operate, and troubleshoot a single machine line in a fast-paced plant in Wisconsin. You will follow work orders, handle materials, and assist with packaging and quality checks to ensure dimensions meet specifications.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to learn new equipment quickly. Overtime and weekend hours may be required depending on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate one assigned machine with proper material threading.
• Follow daily work orders with attention to materials and notes.
• Assist with operation of other machines under close supervision.
• Assist with packaging at end of line as needed.
• Band and palletize metal coils/sheets and label finished product.
• Perform quality checks for lengths, widths, and weights using proper tools.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Learn and operate new equipment and monitor machines for efficiency.
• Maintain orderly work area and support continuous improvement.
